Purchased Theme License

By purchasing a theme from netOxide LLP, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

  1. The purchased theme can be used for personal and commercial use.
  2. The purchased theme can be modified and extended. You may remove the copyright notice in the theme footer, however you must retain the unmodified copyright and accreditation information in the theme’s styles.css file.
  3. The purchased theme is solely for the use of the purchaser and cannot be distributed, copied or replicated by any means, with the exception of taking personal backups.
  4. The purchased theme cannot be re-sold, re-distributed in any format and by any means.
  5. Modifications of the purchased theme are still bound these terms and conditions.
  6. There maybe  images included in the theme that cannot be used as part of other works or themes without the prior consent of netOxide LLP or its associates. In these circumstances the images will be clearly labelled/described in the Theme details section.

Free Download Theme License

By Downloading a Free Theme from netOxide.net, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

  1. The theme can be used for personal and commercial use.
  2. The theme can be modified for your own use.
  3. You must not modify author attribution i.e netOxide or the theme’s author whether visible and non visible.
  4. The  theme  or derivative works cannot be distributed, copied or replicated by any means, with the exception of taking personal backups.
  5. The theme cannot be re-sold, re-distributed in any format and by any means.
